“Was having some unknown problems with my HVAC system not performing correctly and heating the house as needed. When Tracy arrived and I had a chance to explain what I had observed and experienced he all most new immediately that the problem was most likely my filter and then replaced it. The system started running great. Very nice gentleman who had been out to my house several times before. He had another tech riding with him who was also very helpful and knowledgeable but I did not catch his name.”

“Two gentlemen (John and Scott) notified us that they were on the way to install a new furnace and air conditioner. They arrived right on time and completed the work very efficiently and with a lot of care. Very fast and very well done. Things went well and nothing was left behind except a clean garage and side of the home. Before they were done Dennis Vranich, the project manager, came and we discuss what work was done and they left shortly after. The best and neatest job we have had in several years with other businesses in town. Would recommend Western any time as all the office personnel was also anxious to help where possible.
