“Scott called to let me know when he was arriving to install a new dryer vent. He and his team were friendly and professional, and they clearly knew what they were doing. Scott also discovered that my dryer was too close to the wall and not venting properly, which he fixed. I washed a load of flannel sheets this afternoon, and (1) they were almost dry after one cycle instead of needing 3 cycles; (2) the lint trap was filled with lint instead of just a small amount in the bottom corner and (3) the top of the dryer was cool instead of being hot enough to fry an egg. Very satisfied! Thanks Scott and team!”
