He went above and beyond what was expected to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I WILL be asking for him by name in the future! Western should be justifiably proud of an employee like Trey. He understands what customer service is all about. It is refreshing to find someone like him. It takes a little extra effort to win and hold onto customers today. Trey understands that and exemplifies the work ethic Western wants to present to it's customers.”

“Chris arrived early for our appointment and was eager to get to work. We had a leak in our air conditioner which he diagnosed and then sealed the pipe. He explained everything he was going to do in advance and possible costs. When he was finished, he reviewed the bill with me and made sure I understood the charges. You have a great employee in Chris!”

“The technician, Russ, was super friendly. He listened to my explanation and asked questions. He let me ask him questions while he was diagnosing the issue. He let me take pics of the part and was very patient to explain while I took notes to share with my husband. Thankfully it was an easy fix and he was supportive of our desire to buy the replacement part at a local store instead of from Western to save money.
He even answered questions about a new unit in the event that we need to purchase one in the future.
He was very gracious. I could not be more pleased with this service.”
