“I meant to post a review last week but after ANOTHER weekend of record-setting temperatures in Boise I could not let it go any longer– I am super happy with the service I received from all the folks at Western Heating and Air. My Air Conditioner died, and I had a service call from Doug H. He provided all of my options with professionalism and was very kind to help me grasp that my 28-year-old system really needed to be retired. It was basically replacing the failed part or replacing the system, and it was pretty obvious which was the better investment, but they never pushed anything on me. Sam J. was the Project Manager who came out to do the situational assessment and is very personable, and after having been at Western since 1994, is an extremely trustworthy advocate for the company. He explained things, gave me great advice, and included in the bid some modifications to the existing pipes and ducts to make servicing the system WAY more accessible in the future. Sam also talked to me about the many financing options available and I began to feel much more comfortable with the choice to have a new system installed. Shannon was able to schedule the installation in a super quick turnaround as there was another heat wave heading my way.
Josh J. and Serge R. were my install guys and they also were very professional, worked hard, and were so pleasant to work with. And they also explained ALL the things, which I really appreciated. Chris walked me through the financing and made it pretty painless.
I have had the new system for a week now, a HOT week, and it runs like a champ. I am SO thankful!
The whole team at Western Heating and Air is A+++++ in my book- they just made it so easy and I just wish I had the words to express how much I appreciate them all. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a heating or cooling issue!”
