“We’ve been in our home for just over a year now with no issues. The past Sunday our AC stopped working. By 3 am it was 77 degrees inside and climbing. To say I was upset is an understatement. I was on day two of little to no sleep, and already stressed out to the max.
Can I just say how much I love Western Heating and Air for having an online booking option? I was able to schedule a service at 4:30 am for the *next day*! That’s practically unheard of during the summer. Russ was a hero when he came to the door. He was able to identify the issue, and house the cooling in 30 minutes! He did a fantastic job! I’m thankful for his recommendations on replacing our unit as well since it’s the original. We definitely don’t want to have this happen again.
I’m so grateful to Western Heating and Air, and Russ, for saving the day! Thank you for your help. You made this stressful summer more bearable.”

“Russ was great to work with. Prompt arrival, discussed the AC issue with me, and told me what he'd do to check it out and make repairs as needed.
After reviewing the unit he explained what he was doing, the status of the unit, and what he was going to do.
I appreciate that he felt the unit was still in good shape and all levels were where they needed to be. Said we could replace the motor if the problem recurs and did not try to sell me on replacing the AC.
I'd give Russ an A+ on service.”
