“Lloyd did a great job on troubleshooting the issue with our heat pump. He was very good with explanations on the potential issues responsible for the error code and why the unit was not operating. While he was able to get the system functioning, he has counseled me about additional repairs necessary to restore full operational status.
Western was very responsive to me when I reported the issue. They provided advance notification of the time frame the technicians were scheduled to arrive and kept the commitments they established.
I am very appreciative of the overall approach Western takes in managing service to their customers. Mia did a great job in fielding my call and Dustin H. showed up for the initial troubleshooting, staying until midnight, and talked me through the handoff to the next tech (Lloyd H). Nicely done!!”
