“To start with, Kevin was prompt and very polite upon arrival. He was considerate and careful about cleanliness upon entering my home each time during the duration of the servicing. He was extremely professional and took the time to answer all of my questions, making sure to explain things in a way that I could understand. I had inquired about additional systems (air purification/ humidifier)at the beginning of our visit and he was intentional at the end of the service to go through those quotes with me so I had all of the information necessary to make a decision. He was a genuinely nice person that I had the pleasure of working with and in this day and age where the craft of customer service has been lost, it is a refreshing delight to come across a worker like Kevin.
