He was able to assess the problem quickly and got right to work. He was able to explain the issue and offered solutions as to how to proceed. He fixed the issue and got it running right away. “Lloyd Hoopes was our furnace repair technician. He was very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and informative. After removing the front panels, he assessed the problem with the furnace quickly, and corrected the leaking condensate problem at the flue exhaust, by applying silicone sealant at the pipe clamp interface, and then thoroughly tested the fix by running the furnace to make sure it held. I believe he did the appropriate and simplest fix possible, eliminating the need for part replacement. I would highly recommend Lloyd to others, and signed up today for Western's annual maintenance plan.”
