“I called Western on Monday morning and requested Dustin to return and replace the duct fan motor that was previously recommended to be replaced. Western scheduled Dustin for the work on Tuesday afternoon. Dustin called to say was about 30 minutes away at 12:30. Dustin arrived on time and proceeded with the fan motor replacement. The work was completed in a professional manner and Dustin explained what he did. Western and Dustin exceeded all expectations a second time. Many thanks.”
