Everyone at Western Heating is so helpful and friendly from the appointment schedulers to the service technicians. We met Michael a year ago when we had some issues with how our tankless water heater was installed by our home builder. Michael knew exactly what needed to be done and recommended having the annual flush to extend the life of our unit. Because of our positive experience last year, we called in a month early so that we could request Michael to perform this year's preventative service maintenance. He shows up on time, listens carefully as we describe what we feel we need to have done, and also offers suggestions of other things we may want to consider in the future.”
