“Every company should employ someone of John's caliber and integrity. I had old ductwork replaced and not only did he do a fantastic job, he put in extra effort to inspect existing ductwork for tight seals (this was part of an air seal, efficiency update). He even went above and beyond at the end of the day when he noticed my bath exhaust fan was falling and wasn't secured. He grabbed a few parts and not only secured it but tightly sealed it so I wouldn't have a future problem with it. And as a final touch, he noticed my filter door was a little loose and whistled. He took the time to add a seal and now it is much quieter. John truly looks out for the customer and pays attention to the small things. Thanks John.”
