“The Blue Ribbon service is so easy, kind of a "set and forget" because they will remind you to schedule an appointment to check the heater and air conditioner. Their service people have always been curtious, professional and informative. This time, we not only called the company after service, but are adding this review for the very best service person we've ever had. Michael Lotts, went above and beyond. He did the normal maintenance, but also checked the blower in the heating unit and found the installers (3 years ago) had not removed a bolt that was required to be removed at the time of intallation. He took the time to remove it, and the whole unit is now running quieter. Excellent job Michael Lotts. Thank you!”
