“Original install appt. was scheduled for 8/11. I got a call yesterday at 8:16 to ask me if I wanted air conditioner and furnace replaced yesterday. Within an hour, Dustin and James started working on replacement. Both were very informative as to what the process would be. Once the work started, they were very diligent. At the end, they answered all my questions, gave very detailed information regarding air conditioner, furnace, and thermostat and took the time to make sure I understood everything including future maintenance needs.
