This is less than 24 hours after I originally called yesterday for an appointment, and this is the week before Christmas. Im very impressed by how quickly I was able to get someone out to help me as my house was getting pretty cold. I also received an email and text from Western letting me know who the technician would be with his picture. Russ was very friendly and professional and explained what he was doing. He was able to get my heat working again by cleaning my flame sensor, since it was a quick fix he checked everything while he was in there to be sure it was right and made sure it was working correctly for a while before leaving. Im very happy with the service and professionalism from Russ and not only will I continue to use Western going forward like my parents have, but I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC service.”
