Why I chose Western: A Note from Scott Sparrell

When I created Veterans Plumbing fourteen years ago my passion was to provide outstanding plumbing services to my clients, family and friends and develop relationships with them for life. To accomplish this I knew that I had to have open communication, integrity, strong moral character, reliability, competitive pricing and give professional advise and options to resolve their plumbing needs. As the company has grown and our customer base has expanded and matured we have held true to these values and have added the key members to be able to fulfill these promises to each customer. I am happy to announce that as I prepare for retirement that Veterans Plumbing has merged with Western Heating and Air. This merger was possible due to the fact that Western Heating and Air shares the same key values, and believes in the same customers for life mentality. In addition, they are better prepared to take care of my team members and ensure a stable opportunity for their development and growth in the future for when I am retired.
