“Our heat pump had a thick layer of frost that formed over the past week. During previous winter months the heat pump did its cycle and the frost/ice melted. We called Western for maintenance check. Trey did an excellent job for us. He checked the inside filter, set the thermostat to run a test with the heat pump and checked the inside vent temperature. Outside he checked the heat pump, took photos to show us and when finished he explained why the build up did not melt and what we can do if it happens again.
