“Both service technicians did a great job in solving out cooling issues. We have been challenged to keep our home cool for 2 summers, with temps reaching 80 degrees inside. Clayton was the first technician we felt really diagnosed the issue before jumping into adjustments and fixes. In the first 5 minutes at our home he found our duct was disconnected in the crawl space. We were getting no air flow to most of our vents. He found a big issue that 2 other technicians who have looked at our issue did not. He was professional and informative. We will ask for him by name for future maintenance checks.
Donald came back to our home with Clayton and showed the equal amount of professionalism and expertise as Clayton did.
