“Mike performed a second opinion check for me as I had previously had another company perform a maintenance check for me 2 months ago. I was NOT happy with the other company. I felt they didn’t do a thorough check on either the furnace or the HVAC. Also, they immediately wanted to charge me for a whole new HVAC system! Mike told me the truth, the other company did not. He did what was required, topped off the refrigerant and then I scheduled a leak check to be scheduled for the following week. Ken came out and performed the leak check. Everything seemed fine. Both gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable, and truthful!!!! Western Heating and Air now will be receiving my business and I have already recommended them to family and friends!
