I do not give 5 stars lightly but the two gentlemen who solved the problem deserve it.The electrician drilled through the condensate pipe and did not fix it, even though the wall was open and the repair simple.The problem is solved but finding the issue was not trivial.

I had Bill's heating and air come out and that person wired the capacitor wrong and blew my control panel. I called western for a 2nd opinion and they found the problem, had the control panel in stock and got my ac running same day, Frank Hylton was professional and knowledgeable . I signed up for their maintenance program. So happy with them definitely recommend.😃🎖🎖

I had a great experience!! Christopher was quick, knowledgeable, and explained everything thoroughly. I appreciate the time he took explaining the issue and the solution. Our capacitor was broken. He fixed it so quickly! He was done within 20 minutes and he even took the time to check our water heater which I appreciated. Great service!!! 10/10 highly recommend.

We're so grateful to have Frank as our HVAC technician! He is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, so very helpful, an extremely thorough in all he does! We were having issues with readings on our "ecobee" for higher humidity in the house. Frank spent 2 hours trying to diagnose and fix the problem. He wasn't convinced he was able to solve it completely, so asked to come back a second time. Hev did some research over the weekend and found many "ecobee" thermostats can be off with with humidity reading. His humidity device showed our humidity was lower than our "ecobee" said. We asked if he would install a new ecobee we bought. He graciously waited till it was all calibrated before leaving. We so appreciate Frank, especially the way he wants to do things right and fix problems. We highly recommend Frank and Western Heating and Air! Thank you so much! 😃

Clayton was just here to check on the air conditioner unit and make sure everything was working as it should including the furnace and even the ductwork. I have some ductwork I'm going to have to get taken care of but other than that everything went smoothly. I have two dogs and they adored him. I'm sure they both would have gone home with him if he had put them in the truck. he was very personable and answered any questions I have Plus he explained what he did and what was needed to be done yet with pictures and explaining in detail and in simple terms so that I could understand it. Explaining it with pictures of the items really helped also. I have had nothing but good luck with all the technicians that work for wickstrom plumbing and cannot recommend them enough.

Our Property Management has been on top of the issues that have been taking place with this extreme heat. Our air conditioner motor went out and it was only two business days before Western Heating and Air came to fix. Kadon was punctual, coming first thing in the morning which I thoroughly appreciated. He was extremely efficient, professional, respectful of our home, and a great personality. Authentic and hard-working, installed new motor and informed us of his to best utilize the unit to keep cool. Thank you Kadon, hopefully Western Heat and Air knows what an asset you are to their company! 🙂

Couldn’t have asked for better service from start to finish! Rafael was honest and friendly about our aging HVAC system. Chris took the time to layout all of our options and got us on the schedule ASAP! Technicians, Travis and Max, were on time, professional and very friendly! We appreciated how hardworking, friendly and knowledgeable all of them were! Thank you to everyone at Western for the great, prompt service and wonderful new HVAC!!

WOW!!! Travis Whiting and Max Martin were on time, installed out two HVAC systems in record time. On system was in the basement, and one system was in the 140 degree attic which they never complained about the heat. They worked through it like the Pros they are. They were very professional and there to explain each detail of the install, and answer any questions that we had. I could not be more please with their excellent work as well as their communication skills. It is rare to find such consistent hard working technicians. You can rest assured that Western Heating and Air Conditioning along with the Team of Whiting and Martin will do it all RIGHT

My previous maintenance company stopped supporting residential and my AC wasn't quite working well enough. I reached out to WH&A because they had a good rep. The turnaround time was fast and the person on the phone was energetic and fun to talk with. The technician came out and was respectful. We talked through all options before he worked, as I was interested in a maintenance plan. We settled on a good solution for that day that would ensure I also get my fall maintenance as well. I have chickens and ducks and he asked me about them too. I hope he liked those duck eggs i gave him!

This is the best electricial company in Boise. Came to my house today to deal with outages on some parts of the electrical system and were immediately aware of the problem, had ideas about what to do if the problem reoccurs, and best of all solved it.
