This HV system visit was actually paid for earlier as part of my membership in Western’s spring and fall program. At my request they also flushed my water heater and replaced two major parts while they were here. They were pleasant, professional and worked quickly. Very happy with their service.

Heat pump + aux heater replacement was well-priced and Western’s service was top notch. The equipment and installation was thoroughly described, and they worked with me to build a system that I could afford. It was the right size for my home, and I am extremely thrilled with the performance already. Definitely recommend Western for all your home repairs!

Kaiden is a knowledgeable technician with tools I wish I had. He did a pretty thorough diagnosis and gave is an understandable explanation of our situation. He gave us solutions and dollar amounts that will help us with our decision on how to solve the problem with our system. We have done business with Western in the past and will continue, as they treat us respectfully in difficult situations.

18:42 30 Sep 26

Frank did a great job and hope to have him back in the spring for the A/C checkup.

17:58 30 Sep 26

Western Heating and Air are a pleasure to work with - they installed our new HVAC system and hot water heater a few years ago and were able to solve our problem with a hot second floor by reworking the ducting and putting the two floors on separate thermostats. It has been so nice!We use their Blue Ribbon program to make sure we keep up with our preventative maintenance. They call when service is due and are so easy to schedule. They show up on time, do great work and communicate everything we need to know.Love this company!

04:12 30 Sep 26

I think our technician was John. He was very respectful of being quiet so he wouldnt overly excite our dog. He explained what he was going to do and completed the maintenance and filter replacement in a timely manner.

00:38 30 Sep 26

Had to have all the duct work under our 50+ year old house replaced. The crawl space is small and it was pretty rough down there. Loman and Caleb were super conscientious. They did an awesome job, cleaned up after the job was done. The dryer duct also needed replacement. As it had been blowing lint under the house for sometime. So impressed with the job and the work ethic.

Theron and Tyler showed up and got right to work. They removed the old water heater and installed the new one in about two hours! They had us go out and they walked us though what they did and how to use the new one. They were very nice and professional! They cleaned up the area that they were working in and it looked good when they were done!

Kaden came over and did a great job! It ended up being 1/2 the price we were quoted to repair our AC which we’ve had trouble with since 2023 when our house was built. Finally it’s fixed after 3 years of calling other companies! Thank you Western!

21:12 15 Sep 26

Had my system checked and all was well. Asked if he had time to flush my water heater and he said absolutely. Got that done and had some great conversations with Kadon while he was working. Outstanding young man. Thanks Kadon for your efforts !!!

05:03 11 Sep 26

Unfortunately my experience did not go as expected, my AC was not fixed by western and I was charged several hundred dollars in troubleshooting fees with no resolution offered. Very disappointing for such a well known company.

00:08 11 Sep 26

After a routine maintenance check, our technician discovered several indicators of a failing water heater. Since it was 12 years old, we had them replace the unit. They did a great job and we were pleased with their competence and quality of their service.

20:29 10 Sep 26

Followed up after my visit to ensure that I had been given all options for replacing my dual capacitor. Marissa from dispatch was knowledgeable, professional and VERY HELPFUL! She was able to adjust the price down with an adjustment in the warranty. Original price was $390 with 5 year warranty. She adjusted to $215 with a 1 year warranty, which suits us better right now.

23:40 09 Sep 26

Brett is professional and efficient. He tuned up and repaired on the spot both the heat pump and heating unit. Glad to have you folks on board for my maintenance!

Western H&C always does a great job. Been a customer for years! Highly recommend them!

18:29 01 Sep 26

Western Heating & Cooling is the only company I will ever trust with HVAC moving forward. My little Samsung ductless mini-splits have been an ongoing issue. I had 3 different maintenance & repair companies throughout the year attempt to fix the issues, all failed leaving me with the bill & a bandaid. Western actually spent the time analyzing, going through a logical process of elimination, calling Samsung, and really getting to the root of the problem. All for an extremely fair price! They were so kind and professional, always wore protective booties in the house, very responsive with phone calls, you couldn’t ask for better service. Thanks Western!

Louis was on time and very professional. I’m nosey and wanted to see what was happening and he was more than happy to explain everything to me and did not make me feel like I was in his way. Glad my neighbor recommended your company as it was a pleasure. Thanks again Louis. Well done👍

Another big company had installed an HVAC system but left the ductwork untouched, then wanted to charge an arm and a leg for that work. Sam gave me a very reasonable estimate and Michael, Anthony, and, Zabe did a fantastic job removing the old and installing all nee ductwork. I could feel the difference immediately. They were clean, friendly, and professional. I would recommend them to my own family.

Excellent experience with Western Heating & Air Conditioning! After a brutal wildfire season, I needed an air purifier installed. From my initial call on Friday to Shane inspecting my setup and giving me a quote on Tuesday, and full installation by Thursday—the whole process was seamless. Every team member was professional, friendly, and polite. Highly recommended!

22:26 24 Aug 26

AC stopped working. Cris was great at explaining the issue and offering options. Really appreciate the time he took to explain so I could understand what had happened.

21:51 24 Aug 26

**Edit to add - after owners response - if my apt was originally scheduled incorrectly for 7/24/26 by the AI system, how would I have gotten a new appointment scheduled with your company for today, 8/24/26 if I hadn't spoken with your office again?! I spoke with your office for almost 13mins on 7/24/26 when they called me to explain the AI system scheduled us for the incorrect date and I explained in detail the issues with my AC and never once was an additional $100 fee for diagnostics discussed, only the option for the monthly plan which i said i would think about. But knowing our system was not keeping up with the heat in the afternoon and evenings I was still scheduled for and quoted an A/C Tune-up - Shady and liars.**Terrible, I feel they are just another shady A/C & Heating company. I called a month ago when my AC could not keep up in the afternoon and evenings with how hot it was outside, explained I needed an AC tune-up because we have not had one done before. Their answering service scheduled an apt for the next day. I then received a call back from an actual person, not the AI answering service and they explained that the service put us in for the wrong day. I had assumed as much when its the hottest month of the year, I assumed I would not get next day service. I explained to a real person everything that was going on with our AC, that its never been serviced and its not keeping up with how hot it gets in the afternoon and evening. She quotes me the price of the AC Tune up and offers the family plan, I tell her I'll think about it, and I get scheduled for a tune up for a month later. The technician arrives today, I again explain what is going on, that our AC works fine most of the time, but it can't cool the house down enough in the hotter evening. He tells me that they have to "Service and diagnose" the underlying issue and it will now cost an additional $100. I said no, let's start with the tune up and clean the machine, since that hasnt been done before, and if the issue persists we will have them back out for service. He continues to tell me no, thats not how they do it, it has to be a service call. I politely decline service. I call their office to find out why, when I told them the exact issues we were having they did not tell me that it would HAVE to be a service call with a diagnostic for an additional $100 when scheduling. The person then went on to argue with me that I did not speak to an actual person, but their answering service which clearly did not catch the full extent of what I was asking for and needing done for my AC. I explained, no, it was a person because they called me back and I had a 5min convo with them.Im used to shady AC repair people in this area. I was trusting this company to be different based on their reviews, and they caused me to waste a month to try to scam me when they got here. Completely frustrating!

20:16 24 Aug 26

After my current HVAC provider said I had a coolant leak in my system, they quoted a very high estimate for finding the leak and refilling the coolant: $2400!! The technician said the system was 4 lbs down (turns out there is no way of knowing this until you refill the system!), however the quote included $740 for 7 lbs of coolant! I called Western to get their 2nd look service call (free) and Dustin showed up. What a difference! Dustin found the leak in about 15 minutes with a gas detector. It was a loose nut on a fitting! He tightened it and refilled the system with 3 lbs of coolant. Total cost under $300 because Dustin didn't do a full leak test. Instead, after filling the system he will return to do the full test which will be another $200-ish. In other words, he not only was super smart and professional, he didn't nickel and dime me. Folks, you can't do better than Western, they truly want to do what's best for you and your wallet. Don't use anyone else!!!

02:45 24 Aug 26

We purchased a new Toll Brothers home, and Western-Heating Plumbing and Air was contracted to install the AC. After moving in, we registered the unit to activate the extended warranty and signed up for the platinum maintenance plan ($48/month), which added five extra years to the warranty on repairs.13 months later, the AC stopped blowing cool air during a hot summer. I contacted Western Heating & Air Conditioning, who said a technician would visit for $97 the next day. Kaleb arrived shortly after, inspecting the unit in about ten minutes. He informed us that the compressor had failed and needed replacement. While the parts were covered under warranty, the repair would cost $2,008. I was confused, given the unit's newness, and pointed out that the warranty should cover the repair and parts but I was told it had been expired.I contacted Carrier, the manufacturer, who explained that this issue shouldn’t happen and noted that compressors typically last 10-15 years. They clarified that improper installation would be the only reason for such failure.A different HVAC company confirmed the unit was indeed installed incorrectly. I reported this back to Western Heating & Plumbing, who scheduled Kaleb to revisit and re-inspect the unit. The following day, after several diagnostics, Kaleb confirmed improper installation and said he would discuss the matter with his manager. When I didn’t hear back, I requested to speak with a supervisor. During my conversation with the supervisor, he avoided addressing the issue and dismissed the possibility of incorrect installation.I then contacted Toll Brothers to report the matter. They agreed the situation was unacceptable for a new unit and assured me they would take action.Western Heating Air & Plumbing does not care nor value their customers. Their focus seems to be solely on profit, but they fail to provide quality service. This experience has discouraged me from using them again.

I've been using Western for 12 years and have always had a courteous and professional experience. New systems are fully explained with cost and install time quotes, maintenance and repairs completed efficiently. I know that overall I would have spent much more had I not had their Blue Ribbon service. When emergencies occur (and they will, eventually) it's assuring to know Western will be here for us when we need them!

03:14 19 Aug 26

Jaden was great! He found the problem quickly and replaced the capacitor on the ac unit. He is a total pro! He checked the cooling efficiency and found it to be within limits for an old system. Fantastic after hours service! It's all fixed and cooling great! 5 stars all the way!

02:27 19 Aug 26

Called Western Heating when our air conditioner broke in 96° heat after business hours. They came out quickly, solved our problem and charged a reasonable price. I really appreciate their great service! Their tech Jayden was very helpful and patiently explained the problem to us. Thanks again!

22:28 18 Aug 26

Kaleb did an awesome job. He thoroughly and clearly explained everything he did. The unit has never run better! Thanks, Kaleb!
