“Brady was very professional and detailed. He had to re-do the duct work and reinstall a malfunctioning "flapper" inside the duct which was not functioning correctly because it was not installed correctly by the home builder. Brady had to work in a hot and cramped crawl space and redo the flashing around the vent on the roof. We are very pleased with his work and that Western was able to get us on their schedule so quickly.”

“You guys are the best HVAC company in the Treasure Valley in my opinion. We purchased our system in 2022 and it is a great system. Carrier makes great products for sure. Russ the service tech is the only one that has serviced our equipment since the install. Sadly today while out servicing our A/C unit he informed my wife and I he is retiring soon. I am happy for him yet sad at the same time because this was his final service call here. He will be missed and is an excellent service technician. I wish him the best in his retirement. Great company with really good people working for them.”
