One note: his apprentice had checked the box when they arrived and had failed to notice the loose wires. If David had checked it first the bill might have been several hundred dollars less. We understand the need to train the next generation of electricians but are not to excited about having to pay for it. But that said, we appreciated the work of both and are grateful they could find and repair the problem the same day we called. Thanks for making us a priority!

On top of that, he also took the time to address a rattling issue with my furnace that had been bothering me for a while.

He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. “We have been using Western for over 20 years. Always on time, always do a great job at keeping our heat/air working perfectly. New furnace installed a couple of years ago …. short story, went to turn on the heat and it blew flames out the front! Called Dennis, he was right on it, did everything he could to get a new furnace ordered and installed quickly. Had a new water heater installed, they came in and did all the proper venting, etc. (existing water heater wasn't installed properly). I can only say SUPER POSITIVE things about Western. Russ is super nice and has a great sense of humor, makes the process most enjoyable. I won't go anywhere else.”
