“Matt arrived and got right to work. He went through all of the furnace and air conditioner, checking all of the components. He checked and cleaned the air conditioner, and checked the blower on the furnace. He checked the temperature in the house vents. My system did not need any parts this time, so he finished up and gave me the invoice. Matt was very professional and gave me a couple of quotes for other services as well. I definitely recommend Western to anyone needing HVAC work.”

“My gas furnace, AC evaporator and condenser, were all 19 years old Bryant appliances. They lasted long enough but I was having maintenance issues with parts breaking, freezing up, or Freon leaking, etc. It was time for an update/upgrade. These parts had run their course and served us well and it was time to update the system.
Sam Jacobs from Western Heating and AC came out the house and gave me a few detailed estimates. He was professional and added in some extras like carbon monoxide testers and a hydronic mixing valve for my water heater. I appreciate him informing me of these upgrades. Caleb and Tarrin came out and removed the old units, installed the new, and tested them out.
I called two other heating and cooling companies to get estimates. Western came in lower in price and higher in equipment quality, as I prefer the Carrier brand over Bryant and Rheem. Overall, I would highly recommend Western. They were professional and courteous.”
