“Soon after moving to Boise, almost 11 years ago, after doing research we decided on Western Heating & Air. A decision we have been happy with. First thing we had WH&A do was to install 2 Mini-Split Air Conditioning/Heating units. The next year we added a larger one in our dining room and then another one in the detached studio. Then several years ago it was time to replace our inefficient furnace. We have used WH&A exclusively for all of our service needs with these units. They are knowledgeable, dependable and honest. “Gilbert was very friendly and was a pleasure speaking to him. I told him what was going on, the issues that kept on presenting itself and we were finally able to capture what was going on. It took some time and his incredible patience and understanding of the situation was to a new level that I have not seen in a while. After wiring the system up with all the vacuum gauges, gas pressure gauge, and volt meter we switched on the furnace to see if the issue presented itself and it finally did. What we noticed was no voltage coming from the control board. Unless a long run was commanded. So it was decided to replace the board.”
