“When my water heater died, last weekend, I knew who to call to install a new one. How did I know? Because Western did a great job repairing my furnace last year, so I had confidence they would do a great job for me again, and they definitely did!
I so appreciated my initial conversation with Sarah, then Tina, then Chris, who all gave me the info and peace of mind I needed to make the job happen!
When Theron and David arrived to install the water heater, they were pleasant, efficient and didn't leave a speck of trash anywhere in my garage!
My new water heater looks great, works great and, with any luck, will last as long as my old one of 23 years!
