“We are Platinum Blue Ribbon clients and recently scheduled our annual heat pump/water heater flush/smoke detector battery check. Everyone at Western Heating is so helpful and friendly from the appointment schedulers to the service technicians. We met Michael a year ago when we had some issues with how our tankless water heater was installed by our home builder. Michael knew exactly what needed to be done and recommended having the annual flush to extend the life of our unit. Because of our positive experience last year, we called in a month early so that we could request Michael to perform this year's preventative service maintenance. He shows up on time, listens carefully as we describe what we feel we need to have done, and also offers suggestions of other things we may want to consider in the future.”

“The team at Western has been amazing! We have a three-zone system that's 13 years old. Michael came out first and diagnosed a number of the problems we were having with the dampers (we weren't getting any airflow to the second floor). Ken and Clayton followed up with the installation of the replacement dampers. They even did some additional maintenance on the water heater.
