“Todd was exactly on time and called me before arriving to ensure that I was home and ready for the furnace service. He wore his PPE equipment the entire time he was at my home and maintained 6' of distance to provide COVID protection. He also wore shoe coverings to protect our floors. He was very respectful and polite the entire time he was servicing our furnace. He did find a problem with our furnace's capacitor and let me know my option. I had him replace it and he was able to do that quickly. I received a follow-up email from Todd later outlining the condition of our furnace. I was very satisfied with the service that I received from Todd.”
