“In 2007, Western replaced the very old furnace for our upper level and relocated from rooftop to attic. As a Blue Ribbon customer since then, we've been happy with the level of service, especially from the maintenance techs, who have the tough job of accessing that furnace in a tight space. Many good techs have been sent out in the past 13 years, though Rick has been the chosen one for our last several services, doing a thorough job even with the challenge of having little room to maneuver.
Western, in our opinion, Rick (or anyone sent to service our attic furnace) should get a bonus!
And we also suggest that your sales reps consider ease of service when planning an install in order to avoid the issue that we have….”
