“Nolan called us and let us know when he would arrive and was right on schedule. I was impressed how professional he was when he introduced himself to my wife and I! Nolan and I went out to the garage and the first thing he asked me was if we needed a new filter for our Bryant Heating and Air Conditioning system. I asked him to please check it since last time it wasn’t replaced by the last Western Technician that serviced our system. That impressed me right away! The filter did need to be replaced! Nolan then went right to work on our outdoor system. I was very impressed how he cleaned the system (inside and outside) and then checked all the operating parts of the system. What really impressed me, was Nolan took the time to show me on the instrument he had, where our existing system was compared to what it should be! No one else had ever done that for me! I am a retired Electrical Engineer and have worked with Crafts people at the Idaho National Laboratory and I would recommend Nolan anytime! He is a professional in my opinion! Sincerely, Ted Lewis”
