“I called this morning since my AC unit froze up last night. The soonest appt available was Wednesday (today is Monday). The gal in the office was awesome. She put me on the cancelation list (if another customer canceled or rescheduled) and I received a call about an hour later that they’d be here shortly. Tracy, the service tech, arrived about 30 minutes later and he was awesome too. He was very knowledgeable and fixed my problem quickly. WESTERNS WesternHVAC helped us out last summer too by replacing the capacitor. Same experience. Great company!”
