“Clayton did an excellent job today. He gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to arrival to announce he was on his way to my house. He replaced the filter in the attic and then vacuumed some of the insulation that dropped on our carpet, leaving the space as good as when he arrived. He explained why I needed to replace the capacitor, and showed my the reading on his gauge. He explained the options and warranties associated with each replacement part option. He had the part in stock and replaced it. He dismantled the outdoor AC unit and took his time hosing it down. He also checked the connector and other parts to ensure they're at optimum performance. When inside the house, he wore slippers to protect our laminate floors. The entire time he was calm, respectful and professional. I would welcome him to service my heating and cooling units any time. Thanks for hiring excellent staff.”
