“Kevin Newton called ahead and showed up within the allotted block of time. Was professional, thorough and explained everything in terms I could understand. He recommended some additional work to replace a capacitor that was out of range which we did. This is a 19-year-old AC unit so we know it needs to be replaced soon. The only thing I might suggest is maybe going a little lighter on the worst-case scenario when recommending additional work. I appreciate being alerted to the condition of the unit and why additional work is recommended. All in all a good service experience.”

“I have had excellent service from Western, both under the maintenance agreement and this repair. I'm disappointed that the Carrier A/C unit failed in less than a year. While the failed components were under warranty, the labor was just outside the one-year warranty and cost $2,800 dollars to return the system to operation. This works out to $350/hour. I have no reference for comparison but that is a "hefty" price to pay for one year of operation on a brand new unit.”
