“Cris did a very superior service for us. He worked for a lengthy amount of time repairing,removing a product that was returned to Western and installing a new thermostat that I had requested help from other technicians on the problems with and nothing was solved until Cris reviewed it closely and recommended replacing it. We have have had good service with Western over many years but Cris has been the best. Many thanks to Cris for his great service even while working most of his time in the very cold weather even in our garage.
