“On initial maintance visit with 2 people, I was told I had a part going bad that was a year out of warranty. I was quoted a price and said that it could be installed the next day but first I should pay the program fee. I was told and then charged for the gold program because that is what I'd had in prior years. The next day the same two people showed up and spent only a short time with 1 person installing the part. When given the total which was different than the quote I asked if all discounts were considered and requested a detailed invoice. I was told that he couldn't do that but would have the office provide. I then researched prior years and found that I had always had the silver program.
It took numerous calls to the office before receiving the detail. Adjustments were to be made on the program price issue. I still question why labor would be $444 and the part was only $380 especially when the time involved in installation was not that long!
