John went the extra mile to correct the existing sharp metal edges left under the furnace base, and they were removed. He wanted to ensure human and fur babies' paws couldn't be injured. They cleaned up everything and explained how everything worked, and what to do if I had questions. They even put up with the occasional trip from the family dog to go out to potty and held the door for him to come back into the house. Thanks guys”
