“To start with, Kevin was prompt and very polite upon arrival. He was considerate and careful about cleanliness upon entering my home each time during the duration of the servicing. He was extremely professional and took the time to answer all of my questions, making sure to explain things in a way that I could understand. I had inquired about additional systems (air purification/ humidifier)at the beginning of our visit and he was intentional at the end of the service to go through those quotes with me so I had all of the information necessary to make a decision. He was a genuinely nice person that I had the pleasure of working with and in this day and age where the craft of customer service has been lost, it is a refreshing delight to come across a worker like Kevin. He was able to give me an estimate for a duct cleaning and explained to me what that would entail and that I may need it as he checked the vents. I also signed up for service for the next year and he explained the different levels that are offered by Western. Each person that has come out to service my heater or air conditioner has been great. Clayton did a great job.”
