“We are Platinum Blue Ribbon clients and recently scheduled our annual heat pump/water heater flush/smoke detector battery check. Everyone at Western Heating is so helpful and friendly from the appointment schedulers to the service technicians. We met Michael a year ago when we had some issues with how our tankless water heater was installed by our home builder. Michael knew exactly what needed to be done and recommended having the annual flush to extend the life of our unit. Because of our positive experience last year, we called in a month early so that we could request Michael to perform this year's preventative service maintenance. He shows up on time, listens carefully as we describe what we feel we need to have done, and also offers suggestions of other things we may want to consider in the future.”

“Mike performed a second opinion check for me as I had previously had another company perform a maintenance check for me 2 months ago. I was NOT happy with the other company. I felt they didn’t do a thorough check on either the furnace or the HVAC. Also, they immediately wanted to charge me for a whole new HVAC system! Mike told me the truth, the other company did not. He did what was required, topped off the refrigerant and then I scheduled a leak check to be scheduled for the following week. Ken came out and performed the leak check. Everything seemed fine. Both gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable, and truthful!!!! Western Heating and Air now will be receiving my business and I have already recommended them to family and friends! Thank you so very much! I am so grateful!”

He simply enjoys his job and it is great to see someone that has done the job for many years, yet still has passion doing it. He took extra time cleaning my blower vanes of paint that was still there from when the house was built. I could tell that it was very important to him to take the time needed. I know some technicians may have been quicker, but I doubt that there are any who would be as thorough. Keep this fellow around for as long as you can! He is an incredible asset to your company!
