“Our experience started off on a positive note because when we called Western Heating we spoke with a lovely employee named Charity who schedules the appointments. Her name fits her perfectly because we found her to be kind, compassionate, and really focused on helping us get our heating system working again ASAP. She said she would pass our concerns on to the service manager, Titan, who would give us a call to discuss them. Titan called a few minutes later and, among other considerate and helpful things he said, he assured us that Lloyd, a technician who has many, many years of experience with Carrier heating and cooling equipment in general, and with our system specifically, would be our technician. Lloyd is simply the best! He is an extremely skilled, personable, and professional technician!! He diagnosed the problem almost immediately and then worked with his assistant, Gilbert, to efficiently repair our system. No detail was too big or too small for this dynamic duo! Lloyd and Gilbert really went the extra mile on the entire repair – even leaving the heat pump looking like new inside and out! They made certain everything was functioning perfectly before they left. We are so thankful that Lloyd was our technician!
We really appreciated that Titan took the time to call the following day to make sure our unit was functioning perfectly and that we were happy with the service we received. We assured him that we were very pleased!
