“Western sent Kaleb out for our one year flush and checkup of new air conditioner/furnace/water heater install. He was fantastic. Opened and cleaned coils and fan. checked all current flows and sensors, cleaned the outside air coils (flushed and washed). Did the initial flush of the water heater. resealed the unit and caulked the edges again. Kaleb answered all of my questions, described what he was doing and why. It was a joy watching him do his job, he was knowledgeable and friendly, and I could tell he enjoyed his work.”
