I was blindsided by this news, but the Western team put my mind at ease by providing reasonably-priced replacement options and next-day appointment availability, and consistently kept me informed while installing the new units. Additionally, the installation technicians identified and quickly-resolved a significant problem with the furnace installation location, all while maintaining a positive "can-do" attitude. “Stetson did an excellent job replacing our old furnace and AC. He was very professional, hard working and knowledgeable. The installation was done very quickly We were impressed with him and his helper. We would recommend Western HVAC for service or replacement, if needed. Western Heating and Air is a honest company. Our old AC and heater was of very poor-quality, but we actually paid more for it, 13 years ago, (put in by the “pink truck” people) than for the new system of much better equipment installed by Western Heating and Air. Needless to say our experience with Western, from Jason, (the estimator) to Stetson (the installer), was superior. We would recommend them and their company to anyone needing service, repair or a new AC or Heater.”
