“We woke up to no hot water. After trying unsuccessfully to re-light the pilot, I called Lisa @ Western. She was able to schedule Jason out for a service call. Jason called ahead so I met him at the house. He was very professional and got right to work. He quickly diagnosed the issue, called for a part and had a runner bring the part to him so he could complete the repair. We now have hot water again!
