“We upgraded our thermostat (one that is working great and we love it, by the way! ) from a standard one to a “smart” one that better equalizes the temperature in our master bedroom. I had two technicians (both named Travis) who were very respectful, professional, and friendly. They replaced our thermostat, made sure my phone was compatible with the app and thermostat and working properly. Walked through the ins and outs of the new thermostat which turns out is very easy to operate. They cleaned up their entire mess (which, believe it or not, not all technicians do this). They answered all the questions I had with ease, confidence & knowledge. They were both extremely pleasant young men!”
