“I have been a customer of Western for 45 years. Sam Jacobs came out to troubleshoot an upstairs zone that had only two vents for the furnace. Western installed the unit in 2015. It was so noisy due to air volume. Sam spent time to find a solution which was to add a damper at the furnace. I appreciate his insight and experience.
