“Doug travelled all the way to donnelly to fix my faulty heat pump. Turned out, the settings were off inside the thermostat, causing the heat pump to shut off. Doug corrected the settings, explained them slowly to me, so I could remember and fix in the future if needed. He waived the service call charge. It was unneeded, but very appreciated.
