“I called because our furnace was not working. You sent Tracy out to repair it. He discovered very quickly it was a bad thermostat. He had now with him. He told us about it and said it was a good one, but he could also get a different one delivered if we weren’t happy with the one he had. We were and had him install it. Because we had an upcoming annual service set up for December 3rd he said he had time and could perform that while he was here. He was very personable, thorough and we had very welcome heat very quickly.”
