“I wanted to submit a review for Michael Lotts. He arrived and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was very upfront with me about the age of my system and what he could do for me as far as my older system was concerned. After performing a few test and checks he was able to inform me my system was unsafe to operate, because the system was not exhausting the correct amount of CO outside and it was being distributed throughout the house, causing danger to myself and my family. I asked him what to do and he said he could have a salesman there within the hour, and he was correct. I will recommend Western HVAC and Michael to all of my friends and family.
