“This review is for Michael Lotts, the technician. We bought the house last year and noticed that the HVAC hadn't been serviced since 2021. He arrived on time to do maintenance on our gas furnace. He is very personable, professional, knowledgeable & very customer service oriented & respectful with making suggestions. This was also the first time we used Western Heating & Air conditioning (it's family-owned & gives seniors/military discounts) so it’s always important to make a positive first impression. We purchased the gold plan & will be having them come back to do maintenance on the air conditioning once it gets warmer. Highly recommend!”
