“Michael did an outstanding job discussing what he was doing, why he was doing it, and how it would benefit me. He simply enjoys his job and it is great to see someone that has done the job for many years, yet still has passion doing it. He took extra time cleaning my blower vanes of paint that was still there from when the house was built. I could tell that it was very important to him to take the time needed. I know some technicians may have been quicker, but I doubt that there are any who would be as thorough. Keep this fellow around for as long as you can! He is an incredible asset to your company!
