Our furnace stopped functioning Monday afternoon. Both my wife and I were at home working, but neither one of us realized that it had stopped working until one of us noticed that the thermostat was black. My wife tried to go online to see if we could troubleshoot from home to no avail. We called Western after hours hoping that somebody could come out to our house to fix the problem. Nolan came out later that night, took a look at the furnace and spotted the problem quickly and got everything back in running order again. We were both very grateful for him to come out as quickly as he did.
