“Taylor called before coming to the house to let me know when he would be arriving. He was accompanied by Doug. He explained what he would be doing and the type of service with each of the different service packages. I have a new house and have had Western come and service the heater and air conditioning each year. Taylor was great, he explained to me that updating the thermostat would be best, so I agreed and even got the App on my phone. I thought I would never do this but I now think this is going to be great. Taylor showed me how the updated thermostat works and it is easier. Both Taylor and Doug were very professional and kind. I appreciate all the work they did and so glad I have Western come out to take care of the heating/cooling unit each year. 5 Stars.”
