He then expertly completed his inspection even after almost succumbing to the sight of my air filter. *I feel sheepish* He was also able to give me pointers on filter maintenace in regards to my herd of four legged children. And he let me know that blue ribbon members *such as myself* are given priority on emergency maintence requests should I experience a serious issue with the unit.
