“Nolan is extremely personable. He was on time. He is the FIRST AND ONLY service agent from Western or any other HVAC company who has offered to clean the blower and other furnace parts. After I complained about dust in the house, he also recommended cleaning our heating ducts, which I now plan to do with Western, solely because of his recommendation ( and because they are dirty). He is a superb representative for your company. If I were in the heating and air conditioning business, I would try to hire him away from you.
