“I have used Western for several years under the Blue Ribbon program to service my 30+ year old Furnace and A/C. When I finally needed to replace both units, Sam Jacobs, Project Manager, met with me to go over my options. He was so friendly, courteous and professional and outlined the installation in layman's terms providing 2 options. By the end of the week, I had scheduled an installation date. Western's communication with the customer is fabulous and I appreciated the reminders. The installers, Braeden and his assistant, called me the morning of to let me know they were on their way. They arrived on time and got right to work. So nice and friendly – professionals all the way. They did a stellar installation in a very timely manner. I was given a 'tour and explanation' of both units and shown how to program my thermostat. Sam had remembered I had an issue with a bedroom not getting enough heat. They found the problem and repaired the duct. That was paramount in customer service. And my bedroom is so warm now!! My garage floor was cleaner when they left than when they arrived.
