“A previous technician from Western examined my HVAC system and found it was low on coolant. He left options to consider. I called in two days and requested a type l test and to add coolant. An appointment was made for the next Tuesday and Jason sent an e-mail to confirm date and time. He arrived promptly, did a test and found a slow leaking valve. He replaced the valve and checked for any other leaks. Jason was professional, very informative and explained everything he did in detail. I was impressed with his earnest approach to find and solve the problem, which he did in just a few minutes. A terrific technician and wonderful representative for his company.
